For 50 years, Brian Harris has been committed to the creation of facilities and programmes that provide opportunities for local people to be involved in arts and culture. He specialises in feasibility studies and development work for new buildings or improvements to existing arts facilities (including a number of successful National Lottery funded projects), business and development plans for arts organisations (including OD), arts development plans for local authorities and other general arts and community strategies and research projects.

Chris Moore MA: Managing Director and Lead Consultant
Chris is a senior consultant with extensive experience across private and public sectors, particularly within Arts and Culture and Education, but also including Health and Travel and Tourism. He is a qualified senior lecturer, trained assessor and experienced evaluator with enhanced CRB clearance. His key skills are: strategic and business planning (including options appraisal and capital / revenue planning) and Organisational Development and Review (including structuring and restructuring strategy, planning and policy); project planning and management (including capital development, procurement, partnerships, service level agreements and marketing strategies); facilitation, assessment, research and evaluation (including stakeholder consultation and surveys). Chris’ customers can be local, regional, national or international, and projects are delivered both remotely and on-site, involving multi-stakeholder groups. Many projects require the facilitation of stakeholder meetings and the production of strategies, reports, business plans and briefing papers. Projects are typified by organisational change and/or development.
