Full organisational review of the Riverside Arts Centre including audit and recommendations on the supporting services (education programme, marketing, café and catering, workrooms / studios, hires and lets) as well as on dedicated arts spaces (performing and visual), revenue streams and governance and management (including staffing structure). We were asked to identify and (where necessary) redefine the key roles within the organisation including paid staff, volunteers, board members and outside programmers. We examined the potential for and advised on a more streamlined governance structure for the organisation. The proposals were all accepted.
